Here, Every Part of You is welcome

I help adults heal from trauma, complex PTSD, and painful relationships using EMDR, relational, and IFS-informed therapy.

It takes courage to face the parts of life that have left you hurting. Whether it’s the impact of trauma, painful relationships, or the weight of carrying too much on your own, I’m here to walk alongside you. In therapy, we’ll move at your pace to create a safe and gentle space where you can lay things down, be met with compassion, and begin finding your way back to yourself.

Hi! I’m Michelle (she/her)

Everyone deserves to feel genuinely cared for and understood. If you’ve gone through painful experiences — whether in childhood, relationships, or other parts of life — it can feel difficult to be vulnerable or even imagine that things could be different. In therapy with me, you’ll have a non-judgmental space where every part of your story is welcome and held with compassion. Together, we’ll begin to ease the weight you’ve been carrying and move toward a version of you that feels steadier, safer, and more authentically you.

Approaches

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain reprocess painful or overwhelming memories so your body and mind can feel more at ease. EMDR can help you move through past experiences without being overwhelmed by them, allowing more space for connection and presence in your life.

Parts Work/IFS

So often, we try to push or criticize ourselves into making change — but lasting growth comes from understanding and compassion. Parts work/Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you to meet the different parts of yourself with curiosity and care, learning what they need so you can create change from a place of compassion rather than judgment.

Relational therapy

Relational therapy focuses on the ways your relationships shape your experiences and sense of self. Together, we will explore patterns, connection, and vulnerability, creating space for more authentic, healing, and fulfilling relationships — with yourself and others.

“Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”

— Peter A. Levine
